Rally for Jamie

Hey folks - This Thursday our teams will be putting up over 150 yard signs across The Dalles and we are already working on setting up quite a few large 4X8 banners. In order to add emphasis to this public coming out, we are having a Rally for Jamie Friday afternoon, the day after the sign postings, to shoow everybody in town that The Dalles is Jamie Country! From 4:30-6pm we will be rallying at two places: next to the post office on 2nd and Union, and the intersection of 6th and Cherry Heights, next to Fred Meyers. We will have yard signs for you to hold up.

Where's Walden Letter to the Editor

In case anyone missed it, Oregon District 2 Representative Greg Walden is telling everyone near and far that he is the champion making a difference in the opioid crisis. However, if Greg Walden and the current administration have their way, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) will be destroyed and 134,500 constituents in Oregon District 2 will be at risk of losing their health care. How will that affect the opioid crisis?

Supporting Jamie McLeod-Skinner

So thanks to everybody who showed up for the event last night. We packed the room, had folks in the overflow space, and raised over $4K for the campaign! So what's next? For those who couldn't make it, you can still donate at The biggest volunteer need is for canvassers. We want to cover the entire county as many as three times by election day! Please email Debi at to volunteer for canvassing.

Campaign Kickoff for Solea Kabakov - Oregon Senate District 30

Dear friends,

As some of you may already know I am running for the Oregon Senate this year! As a democrat I appear on our May primary ballot unopposed as the sole Democratic candidate in my district. The real campaign for me will occur over the next six months, kicking off with a campaign launch on May Day, running through election day Tuesday, November 6th. I am running against Republican incumbent Cliff Bentz who was appointed in 2018 when Senator Ted Ferrioli (R) resigned to take another position.
